1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use a small number of them, along with similar technologies. Under Spanish law (article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE) and the GDPR, cookies that are not strictly necessary require your consent. You give and manage that consent through the banner shown at the bottom right of the site.

2. How our consent banner works

When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (vd_consent). Google Analytics only loads if you accept. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time (see section 5).

  • Google LLC (Google Analytics), which may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Panion (Peeps Travel), through the embedded checkout, when you book an Experience.

5. Changing or withdrawing your consent

To change your choice, delete the vd_consent cookie for this site (or clear cookies for vinodays.com) in your browser, and the consent banner will appear again on your next visit so you can choose anew. You can also delete cookies directly in your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Cookies
  • Safari: Settings, then Privacy
  • Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security
  • Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, law or our use of cookies. The latest version is always available on this page.
